I am bundled with Windstream and today they accidentally turned off all my services except internet. I called them right away and they admitted their mistake and told me services will be restored right away. They did restore my telephone but not my Dish service. I called Windstream again and was told my Dish service will be on in a few but after 2 hours I gave up and sent an Email to D.I.R.T team member Ray and within 15 minutes my Dish Service was restored. Thanks Ray! you guys do work fast! Thanx again.
