Curious question... I see on the Dish forum there are Dish reps there. Why aren't there any...

Well they would be well served to add it to their website. This is the listing that they show on their website and Disney JR in not on the list.
My son-in-law wanted to switch to Dish and this was a show stopper.
Must be an old list. Dish has ABC Family and Disney Channel in HD now. I believe they have another ESPN channel (ESPNU?) in HD now as well.
I know we used to have a member here.. not gonna drop his name.. but he was a csr for o&o directv. Last I read he was no longer working for dtv and I haven't seen a recent post by him either. I know we have a few in house installers.. myself included on here. We do the best we can to help everyone out with questions but truth be told the only access we have into seibel/rio are for the customers we are servicing on our current job. And we lose that access the second we complete our work order. That being said we do our best to help with general questions. I also have some limited experience in the warehouse so I know some about those systems too. I believe more and more techs are starting to come here and as we identify ourselves we can help point people in the right direction 
They are 3 miles below the earth's surface in the Mojave Desert. The engineers are located 3 miles below them in a hermetically sealed vault and have had no human contact in 20 years. Trust me, I've tried.

no corporate reps though.
We also have DirecTV engineers as well but not on a public basis, somewhat...

I don't think anyone else can right now either.... it's freaking 8 30pm here and I've been working since 6... wth happened today they fix one system and another one goes down... my fts said the last blast facts had a 90 min eta on the activation server.

Sometimes it happens like that... You just have to roll with it until systems gets it squared away. They have alot on their plate, especially right now with NFL ST launch in a few weeks. Some of our stuff has been delayed because of it, but no worries they will get to it when they do. As long as its not on air affecting were good!
They will get activations processed eventually and it might take a few hours for it to clear up.
DO NOT, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, let your actual identity be detected. EVEN IF you never reveal any "confidential" data or say anything less than full support for your employer.
