Anybody know why not getting cspan? Just replaced hopper, is this the problem. Message says we aren't subscribed, yet every plan supposed to get cspan.

I have seen that false "not subscribed" message for a lot of channels when attempting to use voice search. Unfortunately, if the specific channel is not one of the most-popular channels, then the issue may never get reported to Dish. Even if the issue is reported, it may never actually get fixed, as Dish does not give a very high priority to fixing this type of issue.
