Courtesy Credits and Programming Change

Hey guys!

I was wondering if anyone knew if recurring courtesy credits are affected if I downgrade my programming to the flex package. Thanks!!

Yes. They won't let you go to the Flex pack till your promo credits run out. That comes from the loyalty or cancellation department.

I expect that would depend on the credit in question.

I had a DVR fee credit from when they decided to add a DVR fee for the 501.
I then swapped the 501 to a 211k w/ EHD back in 2011.

The credit remained for the full term it was initially entered to run.
Actually my August statement has the last of 60 monthly credits on it and I haven't been billed a DVR fee since 2011.
