If I have a Motorolla 4dtv receiver, that will enable Digicipher-scrambled programming to work? No subscription costs? How about Irdeto-scrambled?

Already have 97W ku and enjoy some of the internationals there. Thanks friends.

A Motorola 4dtv receiver will allow you to receive "zero key" or "no key" (can't remember the exact term) Digicipher channels and a few others if you subscribe to some programing.

Most Digicipher channels are scrambled and you will have to subscribe to them if you want to receive them.
