Coolsat 4000 pro installation

I recently bought a Coolsat 4000 pro and I have followed the manual to the tee in assembly and setup. I am still unable to receive any quality on my signals, what seems to be the problem?
I own a Fortec 33'' dish with rotor. My zip code is 49127. I would like the settings for my zip and also for my installation manual on my receiver.

Check your LO settings for the LNB, the box the lnb came in should tell what they are. Standard is 10750 and I believe Universial is 9750 and 10600.

I know others have had this problem when first starting out, also make sure the LNB power is turned on if this is an option with the Coolsat.
