Coolsat 4000 Pro. cband installation

I have a Coolsat 4000 Pro FTA receiver. I would like to install it and use it with my 10ft C/KU Band dish and 4DTV receiver.
I have installed the hardware and used the DiSeq switch that came with the receiver. I do not seem to be getting a signal.
Can anyone tell where to fnd information on installing and setting up the systern?

Never used a coolsat, but the switch may be defective, try connecting the C-band coax direct and give it a try.
