Great news, Sacramento Kings fans being blacked out by the Comcast deal!

I just got the note below in my email:

"Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns with us earlier about the Comcast SportsNet West broadcast deal. We are thrilled to share the news with you that Comcast SportsNet West has signed carriage agreements with both DISH and DirecTV as of this evening!

Beginning immediately, DISH subscribers will be able to access the Comcast SportsNet West channel on channel 409.

Beginning on Nov. 16, DirecTV subscribers will be able to access the Comcast SportsNet West channel on channel 656.

We hope you are as excited as we are that Comcast SportsNet West offered their channel to all cable and satellite providers in the Central Valley region. Their commitment to Kings fans mirrors our own and we thank you again for your passionate support!

If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact your satellite provider.

Sincerely,

Sonja Brown
Senior Director, Public Relations "

Hooray! She also attached the press releases for D* & E*. It's about time. This deal will be perfect once they get the HD feed going and E* picks it up (hopefully).
