Combine discounts?

Does anyone know how to get both the AAA discount ($200) as well as the customer referral discount ($100)? I called up AAA's # for Direct and they told me they could not combine both discounts.

Best Buy rebates with referrals and BING (current offer extended to the end of TODAY)

Costco rebates with referrals and BING (I believe they extended as well until the end of the day)
