I am convinced anybody who thinks I am an idiot or moron for bringing this up either:
A: Does not have Dish Network
B: Has Dish Network and works for the company.
C: Is a zombie
A- Nope...DISH since 1999
B- Nope, I work for myself
C- Questionable, I suppose. Depends on your definition. Try not inserting mythical creatures into your logical arguments if you want to be taken seriously.
By the way, there are more options
D: people who really didn't like Voom and would rather have these other channels, no matter how lame. They are entitled to their opinion.
E: people who don't let their emotions overtake their rational ability
F: people who are sick of the US legal system being abused (hey, that's me!)
G: People who just don't care and think this argument is silly
You seem "convinced" of a lot of things that are wrong.
Isn't Dish Network a cable company, which are considered public utilities?
No, it isn't. Next...
I am in no way trying to say that I specifically bought a $2,000 tv because of Dish. I am saying once I had that $2k TV, I wanted to watch the best possible HD available. I did my research and looked at alternatives, and found Dish Network to be the best specifically because I am a huge film and music fan. Their offering of Monsters HD, Kung Fu, Rave, and Gallery were what made me decide to spend an additional $20 a month
Wow, me too. What does this have to do with your delusion about filing a lawsuit?
PLUS agree to a 2 year contract which I was required to do. I attempted to ask why I had to sign a 2 year contract but was told it was required. Period. End of story.
NO ONE HAS TO AGREE TO A TWO YEAR CONTRACT! You made a CHOICE to sign a contract, to save a few bucks. Period. End of story. I have NEVER had a contract with DISH.
If you people are quite satisfied with NON HD, BLACK BARS, UP CONVERTED, STRETCHED, COMMERCIAL RIDDLED, PAID PROGRAMMING AFTER MIDNIGHT, mindless garbage, then keep quiet.
No, I'm not. I've complained to DISH. I even complained to HDNet, because DISH's action is going to cost THEM subscribers to HDNet Movies. (And I got an e-mail from Cuban's assistant that said they were "working on it.) Complain all you want. Complain on the forums- that's what they're for. Complain in writing. Complain on the phone. Complain by e-mail. If you're an HD Ultimate customer, DROP THAT TIER! Take a look at Direct and see if it's a viable option.
Just don't complain in court. It's a waste of time and money. Don't put another dollar into the scumbag trial lawyer industry. Don't waste another taxpayer dollar on petty concerns, even to file a paper that's going nowhere. Your attitude is destroying America.
