Cinemax for 1 year for .01 w/ autopay/paperless billing

Others have said that they signed up through the web chat but I can't find it anywhere on their web site. Can someone tell me where the web chat feature is? Thanks.

On the Dishnetwork.com homepage highlight customer service select contact us. Then look on the left side of the page for live chat.

I just got 2 years for 2 cents via the live chat, here is the gist:

(03)Peter v: Yes, you are eligible for that promotion.
(03)Peter v: Shall I sign you up for the promotion now?
David O: So can you hook it up. Is it really for a penny a ear?
(03)Peter v: Yes.
David O: OK, we'll take it, hard not to.
(03)Peter v: The promotion itself says Annual Cinemax for a penny.
David O: Hard offer to pass up, can you do it now?
(03)Peter v: It will be renewed automatically for the next year also, once the current year is finished.
(03)Peter v: It will be effective in 15 to 20 minutes.
(03)Peter v: Thank you.

Yes, the live chat worked nicely for me as well. Very nice professional service. We even wished each other Merry Christmas. ;) Took more like 5 minutes, though. This happened even though I had the 3-month-free promotion a month or so ago.

I wasted 20 minutes using the chat, and he didn't add Cinemax after all that.

I called on the phone and it took 4 minutes.

Don't waste your time with the chat feature . . just call up.

Is Cinemax worth 1 penny a year ? :)

I got it too and was told I can have it as long as autopay is active. The deal expires 01/31/2010. It took one phone call and a long chat session. On the phone call the CSR (Cory) told me I could sub HBO for Cinemax and he took my CC number to make it happen. I waited 45min and nothing happened. I then started a chat session and got it cleared up that way. The deal is for MAX only. Works great now.

That's because HBO and Cinemax are owned by the same place....

But it is another HD channel for me that I'd not have otherwise, 5 other SD channels, for a penny more a month until the end of Jan 2010. I do like options.
