Chuck returns Jan 10

The two hours were really 2 episodes back to back. I enjoyed both. As one knew Chuck's "upgrade" definitely has problems and Chuck and Sarah have to be pulled apart to keep the series going. They need Chuck to be bumbling yet somehow manage to pull off what is needed and they need the love tension between Chuck and Sarah to continue. I thought they did a pretty good job establishing both fronts. It is almost back to the way it was before.

watching Emmit get killed by the assassin... epic!

It was hard getting into the first hour, but by the end of the second hour; it felt like things were getting near the status quo again... only with super-chuck. Works for me

Enjoyed the first 2 hours. Haven't had a time to watch the third hour yet. Agree that they did a good job getting things back to the way they were before. Who was the mystery person at the end of the 2nd hour? I'm guessing that might get revealed in the episode from last night (Monday). Plan to watch that one tonight.

I haven't seen the third show (monday night) but I think that the person that was talking to the Colonel was either Chucks Dad or Bryce.

Anyone that hasn't seen Mondays show want to speculate?

I am sick of Bryce, I wish they would just kill him off and be done with it.

Bringing him back once was okay, twice was pushing it, but a third time would just be way too much.

The thing I did not like about the Monday night episode is that the Buy More was left out completely. Perhaps they are working to save money by having segments of the actors off during episodes. Dr Awesome moved up in the credits, so I suppose Captain Awesome will have more of a roll like he did on Monday and by the preview looks like next Monday.

I watched the Monday night episode last night and really enjoyed it. Good mix of badass Chuck and standard Chuck. Captain Awesome was actually really good, usually he annoys me. Starting out with a good season so far.
