What is the e-mail address for Charlie Chat? I was wondering if we all e-mailed Charlie Chat with the question, "Why hasn't Dish kept up with Directtv with new HD Channels?" and "When can we expect more HD Channels like ScifiHD,etc?''

Maybe if there where enough e-mails they could not ignore the question

If its email then they can ignore the question. The only way to do it is call in and ask on the air.

Yes they do screen the calls, that does not mean that when you get on the air that you have to ask the same question you told the screener.
