Changing installation of 522 back to two rooms

Hi,
Last year I bought a fancy new TV with HD, and had Dish come out and installed a new box/dish. When they did, they converted my old 522 two room install into a single room install, as my basement wasn't finished. Well, the basement is done, and I want the kids down there instead of near my fancy TV, so, I have to go back to a two TV setup on the 522.

I only have single co-ax run through the house. I installed Holland SVT diplexers to split and send the signal, but I haven't been able to get a signal on TV2. I have seen a couple of guides and wiring diagrams, and mine seems OK. I will check all the cable connections and end installations (again). What else could be wrong? I do have the book, and have read it.

is your tv set to air mode or cable and does your box match that setting?

My tv is set to air mode and channel 60. (That worked prior to moving, and was set by the tech).
