I just saw someone today post about how they have been a customer since 1990(I am guessing they meant 90’s as we all know when Dish started) and they talked about how their bill has tripled since then, and there is no technology advancement since then to show for it. I felt dumb reading it.

I started with a $10/month special deal. Of course, I added a second 301 and something else and paid more.

Today I pay about $125/month.

Yeah good promo but lots of chargebacks, and then a year later dealing with all the ones who where sticker shocked when the price tripled in the second year

Yep, that's the one. Because of the $9.00 price lock, I don't recall suffering from an increase in chargebacks though.
