The plot thickens! I missed the original post about the cable run being long. Now knowing that it is 200 ft makes me suspect that is the issue. Anyone else?

Is it THAT particular run thats bad ?

He did say on that line the receiver had issues, but not when moved to a different cable.

Being 200 ft away sure isn't helping matters. That's asking a lot. Checking signal levels with a 'dog at that receiver vs. the others would probably indicate substantial loss.

ya, i suspected that, but it doesn't always do it. IDK, I'll prolly just have to live with it. Before we moved it, I was told this has happened before. It seems to be moreso in cold weather which we have definately been having lately. Anyhow, thanks for everyone's help.:up
