CC on TV2

I can't seem to get CC to work on TV2 on my VIP722. I turned it on (with TV2's remote), but it won't display any text. Any thoughts?

You have to use the CC function on your TV for TV2. It does not work through the DVR on the 2nd TV. Make sure it is turned on through your TV menu.
