Over the years, West Chester police have encountered the crew that makes MTV's Jackass! series attempting all manner of stupid human tricks in this otherwise peaceable borough.
Brandon "Bam" Margera, the creative force behind the popular show that celebrates gross-out humor and silly, dangerous stunts, lives in the West Chester area, as do many of his co-stars. So, they have been known to record their antics - such as skateboarding into walls or trampolining into shrubs - close to home.
"Some of the stuff those guys do for their shows can really be a pain," Sgt. Sam Iacono said.
