Can't change programming online ??

How come I can't change my programming on the Dishnetwork website? Every time for the last month I've tried to add a premium package ,or any package ,and it just keeps telling me that there are technical difficultys. Anyone else able to add programming online? OR not able to ? Any help!
 
I'm in the same boat as you. It has been that way for about 3 months now for me. I haven't contacted Dish Network to try to change it though.
 
I switched to E* from D* 2 years ago and am just about ready to switch back. Everything was easier with D*. You could change any programing at any time online. With E* you can only upgrade online. If you want to change something or downgrade you have to call somebody which is of course by design because we all know how frustrating E* customer service is. This company kind of sucks.
