Well I canceled the service because movies were taking too long too arrive.
When I canceled it (like 3 weeks ago) I sent the movie that I had at home And they haven't received it!!!!
And they say they will charge me for that after 30 days if I didn't return it, but I did!
The problem is that I cannot log in to report the problem because I have no account to log in.
And if I log in, it will start my subscription again, and I don't want it.
So how can I report the moive now?
