Report A Problem link not working

I can't find my return envelope, but when I try to report a problem nothing happens when I try to click the continue button.

Edit: It seems that all the options work EXCEPT for "I lost or damaged the return envelope." So what am I supposed to do now?

I would try using a different web browser or clearing the cookies/cache on your browser. I just tested in on my account and that button works fine.

Are you sure? The "Report a Problem" link works, but then when I select the "I lost or damaged the return envelope" radio button, it does not allow me to click the Continue button. If I select any other radio button, it works just fine.

It worked for me last night when I read your post and checked it. Maybe someone else can confirm and ill try it again today.
