I subscribe to a Chinese language package of about 30 channels. In the last couple of weeks 3 channels crop out with the messages "complete signal loss/partial signal loss". Before that I was able to get the channels from 5pm to 9am for about a month and before that time it was ok. All other channels are ok. What could be the problem?
I did call the support people and checked the switch where all three satellites report operating ok ( green ).
