Can this two 722K (6 TV) setup with mirrored TV2 upgrade to Hopper3?

Had our (really) old 722 die on us, and the tech came and replaced it with a 722K. We already have another 722K elsewhere in our house. I talked to the tech about what it would take to configure everything up for a Hopper3 system, but he seemed a bit lost when I talked about wiring, and had no insight into if there was an option for one of the mirrored TVs to be mirrored off of a Joey (small, old CRT TV in a guest bedroom that sees maybe an hour of TV time in a year, so not worth the monthly fee).

Anyway, if we drop that one mirrored TV out of the mix, and split another TV1 mirror to be separate Joeys, would our current wiring in the house work? Tech said that we had great signal strength, but the previous owner of this house didn't do home runs of cables to a central location, and I am not 100% sure that I've been able to map out everything, but I've attached a basic diagram of what I could find and or figure out. The kicker is just a single RG6 line comes in to the house, and most things I've seen in diagrams are 2-3 RG6.

Is this a possibility or a lost cause without some serious re-cabling of the house. Basement is totally finished, but there is some access to one of the receivers directly through the attic and down a wall (already has a hle and conduit in it for speaker wires), but the setup in the basement would be a bit trickier... Not impossible, but trickier...

As long as the cables can be daisy chained, they don't need to all go to a home run point.

So splitters/diplexers/triplexers are fine in the mix if it gets them a connection to the right spots (where the TVs are)? Sorry for what it a super simple/silly question for most of you experts.

For the Hopper, the cable form the Dish would go to a Hub and a straight cable is needed to the Hopper. However, a tap may be used in line to split off a Joey, if that's how the cabling works. For example, the Hub goes where the Diplexer is. Cable from Hub to Hopper. The TV2 lines to the Joeys. Or direct form the Hub to the Hopper - where there was no diplexer and TV2 was cable from the 722 directly, a Tap can go there. Joeys can run off of splitters. Your drawing is a little hard to decipher, but it looks like it can happen

Depending on proximity and ability to fish cables it is possible to use HDMI splitters to run 4 TVs off one Joey. I am going it now. They would all be mirrored and watching the same channel. It is also possible to get a converter from HDMI to coax. So with a one time cost of $10-$20 per device plus cable, plus extra remotes you can play all sorts of games as long as every TV does not require the ability to watch a separate channel simultaneously.

I don't understand, unless you live alone, why would you want to mirror that many TV's?

Order what you need and let the installer figure it out when he gets there.

When you switch to a hopper, forget about the mirroring.

I personally never liked mirroring stuff.

Yeah, we only mirrored when we had a spot where a TV would RARELY be used, but was nice to have. Like the guest bedroom that gets used back 3-4 nights a year, and even then, the TV would be used hardly ever. Seemed silly to pay for a TV location to have its own channel capability when it is so seldom used. Even at $7 each month for the joey, that is $84 a year for someone to watch maybe an hour of TV. That is pretty expensive for that one hour. We are thus dropping that one from the mix, and for the other area where one of the mirrored TVs is used maybe 20 hours a year and its mirror about 100, we will just spit those. It is worth the $4.2 an hour for the lower usage one for the convenience.

This is a great suggestion ChadT41! If you decide to use a Firestick nickbuol, keep in mind that DISH Anywhere can only have one active user at a time. You can have up to 5 devices authorized but you can't have multiple devices logged in at once. This is a great idea for rooms that are not used as much.
