Okay, I accepted the 942 for 622 upgrade, but that was almost a month ago. At the time they told me that to get the $10 for 10 months credit, I had to go to a particular web page, I thought it was something like www.dishnetwork.com/10for10, in order to register for the deal after the 622 arrived.

In the meantime I lost my notes and can no longer remember the URL.

So, can someone help this twit out and provide me with the secret URL?
