Can someone help me?

I was a new customer of Dish the day before the Hopper became available and I asked them if they had any technology like that available and was told no. Then I started hearing about the Hopper so I called to get it and was told it would cost me $500 to get it. I have emailed or called everyone I can find to try and get someone to waive this. I would have waited a day for my install had I known it was available. Does anyone know someone I can contact to plead my case? Also they tried to tell me that it cost so much more to install but the review I read on this site said its costing them less to install. Can anyone help me?

Once again no one at Dish is willing to help me. It amazes me, now I know why people say to stay away from Dish. I'm counting down the days until I can cancel my service.

Yes I did PM him, he was not helpful at all.

I'm sure it wasn't because he didn't want to. He may not be able to. These folks still have boundaries they themselves must stay in.
