can not find X4

I have been pulling my gray hair out! Trying to find X4 on my 4DTV receiver. Can anyone please tell me an easy way to locate this?

Can you find G4, the cband side? Then switch over to X4, the ku side, try east and west a little, if not, put it back to programmed position, and try gently pulling the dish up and down and see if it comes in, as it is possible the dish is misaligned by a 1/10 of a degree or more. Have you viewed X4 before?

Edit to add: just saw another post from you, did not read how long ago it was posted, but you said you have cband only? X4 is ku.

I am assuming you have a Motorola 920 or 922. When you configure your box to have a Ku band LNB it will add the Ku band satellites to the list that you choose from to set the position and skew for the installtion of that satellite. If you want to get X4 you will need to have Ku capability on the dish.
