Can I still burn DVD's from HR-20 DVR?

Hi... I want to burn some saved programs on my HR-20 DVR to DVD's that can be viewed in a standard DVD player... From reading older posts am I correct in assuming this is still possible or is there new copy protection that prevents that from being done??? What I want to save to DVD are some regular network 30 minute sitcom programs. If doing such is still possible can anyone recommend a particular DVD recorder that is easy to set up and use??? What outputs from the HR-20 should I use?? S-video?? Another??

S-Video out will give you the best you can get, I use a Replay Dvr, then I can download the mpeg to a pc, edit and burn...

Yes use the S-Video cable to any DVR and it will work.

Don't forget the audio cables like "somebody" that I know did.......
