My antercraft mini state not working any more! I'm shopping for replacement for roof mount!! Antennadirect db4 seems #1 Does anyone in Toronto Canada have any suggestions Thanks in advance
These are similar to the Antennas Direct DB4 you mentioned and have very good reviews. (HDB4X is Deal of the Day now at $24.99)

Think your discontinued antercraft mini state had a built in rotor(??) or is just an omnidirectional.
If you need omnidirectional maybe a http://www.solidsignal.com/pview.asp?p=MS2002
But if they are strong enough, might DIY a Stealth Hawk., for very little $,
Maybe 'back these up' with a Winegard lna-200
or an RCA TVPRAMP1R if needed.

I am an hour east of Toronto and use a 91xg for UHF and built my own VHF-hi antenna. If you have a good view of the south there are many US channels. Search for save and replay they are very knowledgeable.
Angel Electronics in Mississauga (Dixie and Matheson) have a large selection of OTA antennas and supplies.
World Wide Electronics in Brampton also good selection.

Angel Electronics....just checked their site. Nice selection of OTA gear and reasonably priced. On the surface its a great deal for locals who can pick up.
