If I bought a 622, is that all I would have to pay? I know I am paying $5 a month for one 622, but do I have to pay another $5 a month for a new one? Thanks

Lots of "ifs" here.
1) If you buy a 622
and
2) if it is your only receiver
AND
3) if you have the "Everything Pack
AND
4) if you have the "HD Pack" along with the Everything Pack (the old Platinum Pack)
AND
4) And you have the 622 plugged in to a land-line phone jack
THEN there are no additional fees.
If one of the "ifs" do not apply to you then there are the following fees added:
1) Leasaed receiver $6 fee
2) $5 additional receiver fee (if leased, the lease fee replaces this)
3) $5.98 DVR Fee (Because we can fee)
4) $6 HD Enabling Fee
5) $5 "no phone line connected so we can't verify the location" fee (because we can fee 2)
That should be clear as mud.
