If this is a long term installation, I'd go with the concreted pole. I have 3 BUDs and an antenna tree that way and there's no problem with antenna movement. Your pole has to be a thick wall type and if you're really concerned, fill the pole with concrete after it's planted. All my poles are down 3 foot with 7 or 8 bags of concrete depending on dish size. Frost heave has not been a problem here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
