My BSC-421 C-Band LNBF just arrived!

Took some signal readings from where I was parked (G4R) while using the ASC-421.
I swapped over to the BSC-421 and immediately seen an increase in signal quality on EVERY transponder.

Seems that with the new BSC technology everything is on one chip, increasing the reliability and signal quality! Works for me!

I have not even tried tweaking the LNBF at all yet, this should really help with the weaker C-band signals, 13k noise level.

G4R

WB HD was getting 58% JUMPED to 76% Quality

Nets was 52% now 61% Quality

ABC HD was 61% now 64% Quality

"The above signals were on the DVB World USB receiver, so lower signal levels than most STB receivers."

Is the unit heavier than the ASC421?

On my 6 footer, I have the LNB pushed in to the "38" line for optimum signal

ASC-421 = 12oz or 350g

BSC-421 = 9.5oz or 275g

The BSC-421 is also longer at 7" compared with the ASC-421 at 6"
