broadband not connected on 722

I purchased a 722 about a month ago and as of 3/19 the broadband shows not connected I can use my sling fine but can't use on demand. I called Dish and they said it was the router. The router tech said it was the Isp. Isp said it was Dish. any suggestions? Thanks
 
I have a 922 and I noticed this morning the red broadband icon in the display, I checked connection in menu, reset the receiver and broadband still a red symbol for "server". What's odd is everything works with the exception of "My Weather" (a feature of the 922). The Sling is functioning as is my on screen Dish account. The combination broadband and phone test connection does show all green......in the reset broadband menu it still shows "server not connected" in red/failed, I'm assuming this is a Dish issue.
 
DRA was down for a bit, but everything should be back up and running now. We didn't receive any word about VOD's being effected as well, but at least it's back up and running.
