Hello all! I'm so glad I found this forum. Sorry if the questions I'm about to ask are old hat, but I've been reading for a good hour and still have tons of questions. I'm a current E* customer and have been very pleased with programming and quality, but the customer service is a little shaky and I feel I'd get better answers here.
When I was looking at the website, I noticed that none of our local channels reflect being HD. Does this mean I'll be hosed with locals or can you request different locals? I live near Colorado Springs, Colorado if that helps.
I'm planning on going with the HD DVR, BUT I'm wondering if it's worth going with that one unit or if it would be better to have one HD receiver and one DVR receiver? The reason I ask is that I own my current E* DVR. I currently only have the one HDTV and one SDTV, so I'm wondering if it's worth the $199 to lease the HD DVR.
