Birmingham, AL HD Locals???

Anyone know when Birmingham HD locals will be available?? Dish says this summer.

I am 110 miles from B'Ham but get my locals from Meridian Miss and their SD ones suck the A##
PQ is the worst of any channel on my DISH for all of their 4 locals
I can't get them OTA either thanks to a hill across from my house. It's not possible and that might explain why I could get distants for all of those years where my mother a half mile away didn't qualify
well, that's not important but I want HD locals especially when the SD ones I am stuck with stink to the N'th degree
