Birdog ULTRA

Have a dead battery on Birdog ULTRA --- problem is the s/n# last four digits are below 1501.
Where does one send unit to get updated and new battery....

Tried to contact "Neecotron" -- get no answer (will keep trying)
Tried to contact Perfect-10 (where I bought meter) -- phone number no good
Tried Email to Perfect-10 (support) -- no answer there.

You can update it yourself online at birdog.tv.
The battery is easy to replace and you can find them on eBay and Amazon if you have no luck anywhere else.

Had a battery pack made at Batteries Plus for my Birdog. As KE4EST said updates can be had from this page.

I did this. Was around 26 dollars
