Once again Dish has messed up my bill.I am on autopay so whatever is each months bill get taken each month .However this month my statement balance said it was 49.95 but they only took out 35.17.which leaves almost a 15.00 dollar balance to be carried forward.Does anyone else have problems with this system of not taking out right amount.Now I will have to go into my account and auctually pay the difference as I dont want a bigger bill next month(I already figured in the 49.95 anyway).I would call Dish and try to find out whats going on ,but everytime I do I get a CSR who isnt any help.I just want Dish to take out what it says is Statement balance and not some other number.Anyone else have this problem,and is their a number to call to reach Billing specialist..I worry that because this autopay always takes out different amount that in the future it will take out alot more than I have budgeted for.

Very rarely will I see a Dish billing issue, most of the customer issues I see with billing are due to customers not paying the bill ontime when its due.
I would let the autopay cycle to the next statement and see what happens when they pull the money next month.

I was (should have been) on autopay. I got a late notice today. I called and asked how I could get a late notice if it is their system billing my credit card. They told me they were having problems with my creditor so they dropped me from 1) autopay 2) statement supression and 3) charged me a late fee. 
Then he said they really needed to collect the full amount due or I risked being cancelled.
I told him I would give him the same number they had on file and that was that. He ran it sucessfully and offered me the cinemax penny deal if I would join supression again. Doesn't really do me any good since I don't watch movie channels anyway.

The Reason dish does what you say shows up as a charge for $50 and not take out the $15 dollars till next month is because in that statement you must of gotten some pay per view. SO to give you a chance to not be hit by a LARGE bill soo fast they wait an extra month to bill the pay per view. It has happened to me too and it was cause of pay per view. Gotta love the $15 dollar porn you ordered. who orders the movies when u can go to ingles and get 2 movies for 5 bucks.
