Once again Dish has messed up my bill.I am on autopay so whatever is each months bill get taken each month .However this month my statement balance said it was 49.95 but they only took out 35.17.which leaves almost a 15.00 dollar balance to be carried forward.Does anyone else have problems with this system of not taking out right amount.Now I will have to go into my account and auctually pay the difference as I dont want a bigger bill next month(I already figured in the 49.95 anyway).I would call Dish and try to find out whats going on ,but everytime I do I get a CSR who isnt any help.I just want Dish to take out what it says is Statement balance and not some other number.Anyone else have this problem,and is their a number to call to reach Billing specialist..I worry that because this autopay always takes out different amount that in the future it will take out alot more than I have budgeted for.
