Billing Baloney?

I upgraded to a 622 with DVR advantage program and HD pack on the 15th of this Month. Got a ridiculous bill that the first CSR was of no help explaining (let alone trying to understand him). When I demanded another CSR, he told me there was a $59.95 installation charge which was BS and he volunteered to credit. He then told me there was a $17.41 TAX on the 622. I had already paid the $149.99 which is a LEASE. IMO, this TAX charge is bogus. Anybody else had this problem or are they correct? There is still about $10 that I/they can't account for. Very frustrating!!!

Unfortunatly, tax depends on your state. Check with someone there as to whether it is taxable or not with explaination in print.Then send copy to Dish and ask for explaination and credit.

I live in California, and was charged sales tax on the $149.00 lease upgrade.

The 59.95 wasnt a bs installation if it was part of the 149.99. On the bill it breaks up the cost. If it was in excess then it was bs. We have sales tax charts at dish network for all states. You could always call and ask a tsr.
