Just wondering, has there ever been a consumer receiver that could decode it? Better yet has anyone made a box which can properly decode the audio on NBC.

I remember in the old days that NBC had an audio channel which let affiliates know what was going on. I wish they still had that.

The video? Yes, the AZBox could do it - it ignored the DolbyE audio.
As for the DolbyE audio - no consumer receiver could, but commercial hardware and / or software can.
Prices have come way down on Hardware, but a PC and Sat Card are needed.

Also this has nothing to do with the Big2small app, but the PR Mux on 99 appears to be scanning in correctly. Nothing but infomercials on that one so didn't stay on that mux long.
