Bell 5900 with no recordings hdd space disappears

hey guys 1 of my 3 5900 had zero recordings on it so it should have 80 hours of space to record

well i checked it today and it tells me i only have 1 hr and 4 min of space left, but i have zero recordings

i know this can be fixed but its a pain

A friend of mine has a 5800 and that happened to him a couple of weeks ago. Bell had him do some kind of hard reset which cleared the drive but he lost all of his recordings.

I wonder if the 5800/5900 software has the same bugs that the Dish 501/508/510 series have?
