I am a big fan of the show Becker and I thought it would be a long time before anyone would show it in HD but USA runs episodes in HD late at night and about 8:00 in the morning. I won't be awake for all but I will record a lot. I love this show!!!

I also noticed that it was in HD. Was it originally broadcast that way? I didn't have HD in those days.
Probably was. Most programs remasterd are the older ones, Flipper, Hogan's Heroes.
Like I have said many times before, if it was shot with film it is more than HD(not digital like UFC, A lot of DISCOVERY) anything that is shot with a VIDEO CAMERA must be shot in HD to remain HD but if shot with a FILM CAMERA (Pavavision mostly) (which most shows and all movies are shot with) are actually well above the resolution of HD.
