Any word on when San Jose, San Fran.(Bayarea) will be up and running HD Locals stations from Dish?

Hope it's true. My local Fox station finally came in last night Off-Air in HD without the studdering/freeze picture as before. I just switched my 811 for a 211 and the local Off-Air stations had frozen pictures shown ever since. Maybe some glitch with reciever.
Do we know what channel number range our locals will be in??
