It was one week ago today when we flipped over to our new software. For the most part it was the smoothest move I have ever seen from a forum. But with that said I knew I wouldn't just flip the new software on and be done. And thanks to your comments and suggestions I have worked to continue improving things for you.

I actually wrote down all the time I worked on the site last week and it came out to be 75 hours of time I put in from Monday until now. Since it was my birthday my family (and some of you) urged me to get out from behind the keyboard and get out for awhile. And so I did and had a great weekend.

As I was away I did keep an eye on the site and if someone posted something and I could fix it on my phone I fixed it. :)

Well its Monday and I am back behind the keyboard and now its time to continue from where I left off. Got some things on my plate today that I want to tackle for you. :)

#1 is fonts. I do plan on changing the Georgia Font back to the font we used on the old software which was... Tahoma,Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif

#2 I want to re-add the post counts people have been asking for.

#3 Create Standard and Dark versions of our style without the navbar that follows you along. While we have made these styles for the fluid style a few people enjoy the standard style but don't like the navigation bar floating around. So I will fix that for them. :)

#4 I will TRY (No promises) to work on the Classic Style and see if I can get it working correctly with the changes that were made. If I can I will return it for those who have asked for it.

As I said before Rome was not built in a day and I didn't expect things to be finished by just installing new software. My goal is to keep you coming back so while I realize I can't make everyone happy I will try my best to do so.

So with that said... I am back on the clock... time for me to get to work. :)

1) Looks like you've already changed it. I like this one much better than Georgia ! If I'm not mistaken, this is Calibri. Since I started using a Mac, it is my preferred font for documents now.

2) At first, I thought there won't be much room for people who have 10,000+ posts (6 characters, if you use a comma), but I was basing it on "Likes Received". Obviously that won't be the case. Nonetheless, and I'm just making these up

I would lean towards just "Posts".

4) Thank you ! I've tried the others (not the dark versions - it's not my preference at all) and there was something about the original that I like best.

1) Yup changed it. :) The order of fonts is Tahoma,Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif If you browser does not support Tahoma then it uses Calibri, if thats not supported it uses Verdana etc.

One thing I didn't add to my list that I want to do is I am going to see if I can make it so that if you use AD styler you can change your font for message posts with the font you selected.

Today will be a short day for me as my dentist moved up my appointment on Thursday to today so I will be leaving the office early. :)

I realized earlier that this Mac doesn't have Tahoma font. I even have MS Office installed (I think Tahoma is an MS font, if I'm not mistaken).

The new (old) font looks a lot better. Much more readable...

Just about everything on the new site is now better than the old vBulletin days!

For now the ad styler has gone away, correct? I don't see it anywhere.

I may be the only one who missed Georgia as a font. I was enjoying it. But the site is running so smooth that I didn't even notice it was gone until I read this thread. :)

I'm on satellite guys fluid and don't see it. I tried two other styles but still don't see it. Maybe it's a me problem.

Styles yes I'm able to but no ad styler. Must be related to using the mobile browser.

Argg... just spent an hour and a half trying to add new smiles... named them all then clicked save and it told my my session times out as it was longer then an hour.

Got to start over again. :(

Reminds me of early word processing days.
