As far as a configurable blind scan is concerned, this is old news for users of the AzTrino firmware as it had a proper user configurable blind scan since April 2012!
We tested this firmware version over here and found out that it only works properly when using either a universal (9750/10600) LNBF on Ku-band or a 5150 standard LNBF on C-band. On the other hand, the blindscan on AZtrino versions we have released in the past works on any type of LNBF as defined in Antenna Setup.
