The chipsets are available with Dolby decoding or without. Hard to tell if it wasn't implemented or if it uses a 3601s chipset without Dolby decoding. Adds a few dollars to buy chipset and licensing for onboard Dolby decoding.

After talking with a person not to be named. I don't think I am going to spend anymore time with the AZ Fox S2S. (I don't think the AZ Fox S2S will be around very long)

I am trying to be careful with my words I'm not bashing ripping etc... just telling the truth. It will not decode AC3 "In my opinion it never will because my understanding is its not on the chip". Its an in between receiver not to lose sales in my opinion. No body wants to be the only kid standing on the block alone I guess.

Why would you promote this STB as coming soon LEXIUM DTH9000S2 MPEG4 HD Receiver but yet be selling the AZ Fox S2S?
