I am a new customer to DISH started about 3 days ago. Since then, I have not been able to use dishanywhere.com, Dish anywhere iOS app, or Dish explorer iOS app. I can access my.dish.com without any issue. I have already chatted with the DISH representative online and they just pointed me to the password look-up/reset page (I know my username/pw are correct because I can get to my.dish.com).
I also get the same errors using "On Screen Pairing."
