So yesterday I noticed Mode Reminder was not working on my Hopper and was working on my Joey. It was vice-versa before. So I went to check if it was still enabled on the Hopper and it was. So I went to test it again and it seems it only works with the top and/or bottom channel banners on the screen and with on very funny exception... of what is supposed to be the mode reminder window bouncing around on the screen is a random dish icon but in giant version! I took a couple of screen shots but the icon can be any of the icons. I went through a bunch and got the GIANT versions of Antenna, Hopper Logo, Broadband On, etc. These two are the icons Battery Low and Broadband Off:
