AT9/Mpeg4 compatible with 4x8?

I have a Terk 4x8 that I'm using with the oval 3 LNB dish. It works great and I have no problems.

I'm thinking of upgrading to the new AT9/Mpeg 4 dish. Will it be compatible with my Terk?

Correct, The AT9 dish receives the KU/KA bands and beats down the satellite frequencies to 250 mHz to 2150 mHz so it can run on coax. Only a wide-band switch can manage those very wide IF frequencies.

You need a new Zinwell WB68 6x8.

Also, is that unit better/worse/same as Terk? Does Terk make one? Do other companies make units that have better quality/features?
