At what point do you ask for a 622 replacement?

I'm sorry for posting this outside the 622 running bug thread, but I'm beginning to get a little more concerned regarding my new 622, which is a week old today. The running bug thread is so long I think people are avoiding keeping up with it. I have these two second video dropouts that occur with seemingly more frequency. CSI: Miami was almost unwatchable last night because of this. Also, last night the audio on my all digital OTA channels just quit. I could get sound on all of Dish's channels, just not any locals. Had to reboot, a hard reboot. It did it again later on while on TLC, but it was just that channel. A simple power off corrected that one. I just need to know at what point do I call Dish and tell them I want a replacement.

Yesterday!!! As they say, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. If you know your having problems with the unit, call advanced tech support, explain the situation, and insist that they send you a replacement immediately.

You shouldn't be needing to reset the unit constantly in order to watch tv!
