I bought a new Winegard amplified gs2200 ota antenna as my older one was damaged in a recent storm. Can I simply replace and be done with it? Or do I need to incorporate image_01 in the line somewhere? It’s set up as seen in image_02 with the power source in image_03. Set up is a Hopper 3 w/ wireless joey. Thanks in advance!

So, if that's the case, I'm only using one of these ports and if so it would be the TV/TUNER Port (hard to see in the picture)?

You'll need both ports, ANT goes to the antenna and TV goes to the Hopper. Same as the old one only you're powering it by USB instead of Coax.

I looked at the PDF manual for that antenna and it doesn't show what you are showing. The parts box should have the antenna, power injector, and AC transformer. I don't see anything about what you are showing us in the PDF. I am unsure of what that is. You might try calling Winegard (help@winegard.com, 800-288-8094) to inquire about it and where it actually goes.

Your PDF looks to be for the 12 VDC powered amp that I currently have set up, which is in my pictures. This new antenna had an insert in the box (image_01) which would mean I need to change the power supply as "dishdude" explained. Does that mean image_01 is now taking place of the Winegard ps-1503 (image_02)?
